This trouble shooting guide refers to android phones where the wallet has pasting issues.
The Samsung browser can have issues with the Zucoins wallet e.g. pasting issues.
To avoid this please check the Chrome browser is the default browser for your phone.
To do this, go to settings > apps > Choose default apps.
If another browser other than Chrome is selected, please change to Chrome.
Once changed you will need to complete the following steps to reinstall a new wallet.
Step 1: Backup your wallet
If you have Zucoins in your wallet, please perform a wallet backup.
Otherwise if you have no Zucoins in your wallet, please continue to step 2.
Step 2: Delete wallet
Delete the wallet app from your phone.
Step 3: Reinstalling the Zucoins Wallet
Once you have deleted the wallet, please download and install a new wallet.
If you get the message “wallet is already installed”, select the three dots in the top right corner and then select install. This should activate the installation process.
Step 4: Restore your wallet backup
Once you have reinstalled a the wallet, please restore your wallet backup.
Step 5: Pasting the transfer code in Chrome
Once you have restored your wallet, you test the “Paste transfer Code” button.
When you press “Paste transfer Code” on the new wallet for the first time, a pop-up will ask if you allow pasting, press Allow.
