Zucoin Wallet Error Messages

A complete list of Zucoins wallet error codes including the error code message, who it effects and meanings.
b7jkus2n5y
- Couldn't find matching transaction across the network. It likely didn't go through. Please try again.

Affecting
Receiver

Meaning
Indicating that the Receiver has not pasted the transaction code into their wallet within the time period.

Once a transfer code has been generated, the sender and receiver has 90 second to complete the transaction.

During this 90 seconds the sender needs to share the transfer code with the receiver, and the receiver needs to copy and paste this transfer code into their wallet.

If there is less than 13 seconds on the receivers clock when the receiver accepts the transaction code, the transaction can fail as the network may not register the transaction.

bc13i48rhg
- More than one transaction found at the requested time block. Conflicting transactions found.

Affecting
Sender

Meaning
Sender was preparing a transaction for the Receiver, but found inconsistencies in the Receiver’s recent history.

The transaction has not yet been sent to the Receiver and the transfer process has not started.

The Sender is OK to transact with other users.

The Receiver’s wallet is stuck until they run a refresh process, which currently occurs automatically in several system processes, so long as the processes are not interrupted.

Note: Auto-refresh normally fixes this, so the feature is being put into more processes. This will be done after backup/restore is released.

c4yh2i2p2e
- Invalid transaction code was entered. Please make sure to copy the whole code that you received.

Affecting
Receiver

Meaning

Either the Sender has the incorrect Receiver wallet address OR transfer code was copied incorrectly.

Make sure the Sender has the correct copy of the Receiver’s wallet address.

When receiving the transaction code, ensure that the whole message is copied not just the transaction code.

If this error was to occur, the Sender is OK to transact with other users.

The Receiver’s wallet may be stuck until they run a refresh process, which currently occurs automatically in several system processes, so long as the processes aren’t interrupted.

f6bnwsrtkv
- Couldn't find the last matching transaction across the network. It likely didn't go through. Please try again.

Affecting
Sender

Meaning

Indicating the Receiver has not pasted the transaction code within the time period.

Or, the receiver hasn’t confirmed the transfer before it expired (after they’ve pasted it, they need to click the “confirm” button, accepting the transfer)

Once a transfer code has been generated, the sender and receiver has 90 second to complete the transaction.

During this 90 seconds the sender needs to share the transfer code with the Receiver, and the Receiver needs to copy and paste this transfer code into their wallet.

If there is less than 13 seconds on the Receiver’s clock when the Receiver accepts the transaction code, the transaction can fail as the network may not register the transaction.

fe4de3e974
- Mismatch in the expected previous transaction being referenced by the Sender. Ask Sender to retry and paste details into this app quicker.

Affecting
Receiver

Meaning
This now means a previous transaction did not complete and update either the Senders or Receivers wallet. (i.e. system has a different total to the wallet; the system always has the true balance.)

To resolve this issue please see “How do I reinstall my Zucoins Wallet?” to reinstall the Zucoins Wallet. Reinstalling the wallet will make the adjustment so both system and wallet record the true balance.

ffuod27jez
- Transaction from Sender has expired. Please ask sender to try again and complete the process more quickly.

Affecting
Receiver

Meaning

The Sender has not shared the transaction code with enough time for the Receiver to copy and paste the transaction code into their wallet. Or the Receiver has taken too long to copy and paste the transfer code into their wallet.
The proposed transaction has expired.
jp8n692w80
- More than one transaction found at the requested time block. Conflicting transaction found.

Affecting
Sender

Meaning

Similar to “bc13i48rhg” – The Sender found inconsistencies in the Receiver’s recent history after a transfer is underway and can’t complete.

Sender should be OK to transfer to other users in the meantime.

If not, Sender can try receiving from another OK wallet, then after this, they can send/receive to other users.

After the first transfer with a user who is stuck, sender should get error “bc13i48rhg” every other time.”

The Receiver’s wallet is stuck until they run a refresh process, which currently occurs automatically in several system processes, so long as the processes are not interrupted.

Note: Auto-refresh normally fixes this, so the feature is being put into more processes. This will be done after backup/restore is released.

tbf3h4amth
- App already installed. Find it in your apps list or somewhere on your home screens. Or try another "app launcher", like Nova Launcher".

Affecting
Wallet owner

See “How do I reinstall my Zucoins Wallet?” to reinstall the Zucoins Wallet.

tlvzjrlz8d
- Invalid transaction code was entered. Please make sure to copy the whole code that you received and allow paste permission.

Affecting
Receiver

Meaning
The Receiver’s transfer code that they have copied and pasted from the Sender has not been copied fully, Retry the transaction.

Or the transaction has invalid data inside the transfer code. Editing the transfer code will cause a transaction to fail.

ul0rutg3g2
- Transaction has, or is about to, expire. Ask sender to retry, then paste details into this app, quicker. Also check the device time is correct.

Affecting
Receiver

Meaning
This message is indicating either:

1: Someone sends you a transaction and your receiving phone’s time is 2 mins behind, then your phone will always think that transaction has already expired past the 90s and not continue any further. Make sure the phone’s Auto-sync/update time is switched on. Go to phone settings search for date-time and make sure date-time is on auto-sync.

2: The sender has sent the transfer code through too slowly. or the receiver has passed too slowly.

x8s0twszva
- Conflicting transaction was found at this time block, when checking the Sender's previous transaction. Please try again.

Affecting
Receiver

Meaning
Receiver has found 2 transactions that the Sender has attempted that were invalid. Sender should receive a transaction before trying to send anything to anyone. Upcoming expansions to auto-refresh should help reduce these too.

2: The sender has sent the transfer code through too slowly. or the receiver has passed too slowly.

f6n66olk3r
- Invalid address. Please check and confirm details, then try again

Affecting
Sender

Meaning
Occurs when editing a contact in the contact’s manager.
The entered wallet address is not valid.

nt6nc1l8wr
- Transaction isn't set to your address. Ask sender to retry.

Affecting
Receiver

Meaning
Transfer code has been sent to the wrong Receiver’s wallet address. However if the Receiver is correct, then the Receiver has multiple wallets and they have pasted the transaction code into the wrong wallet.

If not, Sender can try receiving from another OK wallet, then after this, they can send/receive to other users.

After the first transfer with a user who is stuck, sender should get error “bc13i48rhg” every other time.”

pri15jjwm1
- Transaction being prepared had issues. Please try again.

Affecting
Sender

Meaning
Transaction being prepared has either invalid data or has taken too long to prepare. This is extremely rare, the Sender can try another transaction.

s5d9w9qfs8
- Network had an error. Will attempt a retry ASAP.

Affecting
Receiver

Meaning
Transaction has been signed by the sender and receiver.

Receiver has sent it out to the network. But, when the Receiver waits and checks the network to see if they can find it, they have a network error (internet dropout, nodes dropout briefly, etc).

App will reattempt a search and complete the transfer as soon as the user exits the error screen. Should work after this, so long as internet connection is back on the second attempt, else it will keep attempting when app is opened/closed.

Receiver should not do another transaction until this one confirms.
