This trouble shooting guide explains how to enable the “Allow Paste Permission” option within Android devices.
The “Allow Paste Permission” options allows users to use the “Paste Transfer Code” button within the wallet. If not enabled, users will be taken to a screen where they can manually paste in the transfer code, to perform a transaction.
This option can become disabled if the user denied Pasting permission when prompted while receiving Zucoins for the first time. Or, when the Zucoins Wallet was installed with Google Chrome as your default browser (required for install), it is more than likely that the “Allow Paste Permission” was already turned off.
Enabling “Allow Paste Permission”
- Open the Google Chrome Browser
- Press the three dots in the top left corner
- Press “Settings”
- Press “Site Settings”
- Press “Clipboard”
- Then allow zucoins-pwa-app
If this does not work, we recommend reinstalling your wallet by following the “How do I reinstall my Zucoins Wallet?” guide.
